The Value of Live Challenge

The Simulation Lab moves beyond passive tabletop exercises. We create a real-time, facilitated "war game" where the leadership team is forced to analyse complex, fast-moving information, debate options, make decisions, and manage communication under pressure. This reveals latent vulnerabilities in governance, accountability, and cross-functional communication.

The Five-Phase Rigour (90 Days)

1. Phase I: Diagnostic & Scoping (Weeks 1-3): Confidential interviews and documentation review to define the simulation's "exam question" and tailor the scenario to the client's most critical strategic blind spots.
2. Phase II: Simulation Design (Weeks 4-6): Development of a plausible narrative, timed "injects" (e.g., mock news, regulatory notices), and role-specific briefing packs to ensure an authentic response.
3. Phase III: Live Session (Week 7): A facilitated, real-time war game. Key decisions and rationales are logged and followed by an immediate "Hot Wash" debrief.
4. Phase IV: Analysis & Reporting (Weeks 8-11): Synthesis of observations into 3-5 critical themes and development of clear, structural recommendations for Board-level action.
5. Phase V: Final Debrief (Week 12): Formal presentation of the Final Advisory Report and a facilitated discussion focused on ownership and implementation of the recommendations.
